Advanced Training Week
This powerful and unique immersion training will inspire and enrich your yoga teaching and your life!
In this course you will:
* You will also master hands on adjustments for standing poses, balances, inversions, seated forward folds and backbends that are commonly taught in Vinyasa classes. You will also play with smart and safe sequencing, alignment and adjustments for more complex 'peak' poses.
*Meditation will be taught daily as well as kriyas - cleansing exercises.
* You will explore how to give a dharma talk and we will discuss the 'business of yoga'. How to live the life of a yogi on and off the mat.
In this summer program, We will spend Monday- Thursday establishing foundation. On Friday, we will continue to build on the foundation established and put it into action for the remainder of the weekend! Together we will explore the teaching of Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita as we dive head first into alignment, sequencing and hand on assists for some big poses like flying crow, compass poses, scorpions, lotus variations, fun and deep hip openers and variations of backbends.
If you are are new to my Advanced trainings, I strongly suggest that you take the entire week Monday - Sunday. If you have completed one of my previous advanced trainings, you can take the weekend portion ( Friday- Sunday).
Course will run from 10am - 6pm
Monday July 24 through Sunday July 30
There will be a one hour lunch break from 1pm - 2pm each day.
