This ninety-minute yoga journey of music, meditation and sweaty, soulful Vinyasa will lead you to an inner space of Self awareness and bliss. Your asana practice will soar as you explore yoga techniques of drishti, bandhas and breath awareness. You will find steadiness and ease in your poses, as your heart opens to the music of Brooklyn based kirtan singer Anjula Prasad. This practice will ignite your spirit bringing renewed energy, passion and joy to your life.
Vinyasa From The Inside Out

In this workshop, we will explore using our inner vision and desire to create a life of peace and purpose on and off the mat. Vigorous Vinyasa sequences with a focus on deep hip opening work and will ‘soften our edges’ before we dive into guided visualization and intention setting. Strength and balance in the body and the mind will come from the ‘inside out’. A funky and fun soundtrack of music that inspires love and fearlessness will energize and inspire the practice. This is the perfect class to begin the New Year right!
