200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

This powerful and transformative 200 Hr program is designed for serious students of yoga who want to deepen their practice as well as for those students who wish to become teachers themselves. You will explore the depth of the practice in a fun and supportive environment with experienced teachers and like-minded students. Clarity, balance and ease will be found both on and off the mat. 

Vinyasa Yoga : Deepen Your Practice and Explore The World Within:

* Vinyasa Practices: Designed to awaken inner energy and peace.
* Asana Labs: Fun and exciting workshops exploring key movement and alignment principles for standing poses, forward bends, backbends, inversions, twists & restoratives.
* Anatomy: Understand where the parts of the body are and how the muscles and bones work in action. This deeper exploration of anatomy and alignment is the key to progress in your practice.
* Meditation: Develop a regular meditation practice and learn how to lead simple meditations.
* Roots of Yoga: History and Philosophical concepts explained and explored.
*Intro to The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: Gain insights and a ‘wider view’ for your practice, teaching and life off the mat.
* Dharma Talks & Teachings: Connecting the Spiritual.
* The Magic of Sanskrit: Study with Ramana Erikson. 

The 2022 course will be held in-person with study materials and homework online. Most of the weekend time will be in person. You will have videos and class recordings to watch as independent study between sessions. Each in-person session will run from 11am - 5pm. 

The videos from the course are yours to keep and you can review them as much as you want. These are very useful study tools that will allow you to keep growing in understanding and wisdom well after the program is complete.

It is my goal to immerse students in many of the powerful and transformative yoga techniques and practices that have healed and nourished my own life. I hope you will join us.

Cost for the program is

$2700 full payment before January 15, 2021

$3200 after January 15, 2021

Students will receive a list of books to purchase and course materials after they register.

Module One - Sadhana - Deepen Your Practice

In this module yogis will explore:

Module 2 -Sadhana of Teaching

In this module yogis learn skills needed to teach a great class:

* Advance and refine understanding of Standing Poses, Inversions, Forwards Bends, Arm Balances, Twists, Backbends and Advanced Asana. You will learn to master hands on adjustments, modifications and variations for each asana.

*Deepen your teaching skills by learning how to work with beginners, lead private lessons, injury management, advanced sequencing and anatomy, prenatal yoga guidelines and receive guidance on the business of yoga.
